Description
Toyota Certified !!! Only here at LEE TOYOTA !! The 2023 Toyota Prius Prime SE is the base trim of Toyotas completely redesigned, fifth-generation plug-in hybrid hatchback. This model year marks a massive glow-up for the Prius line, trading its traditionally quirky, slow persona for a sleek, aerodynamic silhouette, sharper handling, and a massive boost in power. Because the entry-level SE trim rides on smaller, more aerodynamically efficient 17-inch wheels, it actually achieves the highest fuel efficiency and longest electric driving range of the entire 2023 Prius Prime lineup.
Key Performance & Efficiency Specs Powertrain: A 2.0-liter 4-cylinder gas engine paired with an electric motor generating a combined 220 horsepower (up from just 121 hp in the previous generation).Acceleration: Blazes from 0 to 60 mph in 6.6 seconds, making it genuinely quick off the line. All-Electric Range: Offers an EPA-estimated 44 miles of pure EV driving on a fully charged battery, allowing most drivers to complete daily commutes without using any gasoline .Fuel Economy: Delivers 52 MPG combined (50 city / 47 highway) once the electric battery is depleted. It achieves 127 MPGe when running in full hybrid/electric coordination. Battery & Charging: Features a 13.6-kWh lithium-ion battery. It recharges in roughly 11 hours on a standard 120V household outlet or around 4 hours using a 240V Level 2 charger. Standard Standard Features (SE Trim)Despite being the base model, the SE trim comes highly equipped with modern technology and comfort items: Infotainment: An 8-inch audio multimedia touchscreen featuring wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Cabin Amenities: A heated steering wheel, rain-sensing windshield wipers, 6 USB-C ports, and a unique, levitating digital gauge cluster positioned above the steering wheel line. Suite: Comes standard with Toyota Safety Sense 3.0, which includes Lane Departure Alert, Pre-Collision Braking, Proactive Driving Assist, and standard Blind Spot Monitoring with Rear Cross-Traffic Alert. Traffic Jam Assist: Allows for hands-free driving in stop-and-go traffic at speeds under 25 mph (requires an active drive connect subscription).
